No.33863/34, regarding differences in the analyses of Chinese

tin furnished by the Hong Kong Government Analyst and the e

made by assayers in London and New York, I have the honour to

enclose, for such action as the Secretary of State may consider

desirable, a further letter from Messrs. A. Strauss & Co. Ltd.,

on the subject.
